As the first-ever executive director of the Health Care Council of Chicago, Meghan Phillipp is charged with bringing groups from across the Chicago healthcare market together to find solutions to the challenges that face the region.
The organization, founded in November of 2016 by MATTER CEO Steven Collens and Third Horizon Strategies CEO David Smith, seeks to be a platform for healthcare organizations to work together to identify unique areas of common interest and create ways to address them.
Phillipp, who was named to the position this summer, recently spoke with Health News Illinois about her new role.
