The United States health system has just experienced one of its most tumultuous years, with rapid shifts that continue to redefine care delivery, financing, and consumer expectations. The Health Care Council of Chicago (HC3), an initiative managed by Third Horizon in collaboration with 4Sight Health, invites HC3 members and community partners to close out 2025 with a candid and forward-looking discussion on The State of American Health Care.
This end-of-year summit builds on last year’s insights and will kick off by welcoming back renowned author and 4Sight Health CEO David Johnson for a fireside discussion.
